Halide House Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Halide House Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Overview

The Halide House Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows affiliates (“You” or “Affiliate”) to promote Halide House’s products and services in exchange for a commission on successful sales made through your unique affiliate link.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to participate.

  • You must have an active online presence (e.g., social media, blog, or website).

  • Halide House reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Promote Halide House products honestly and accurately.

  • Avoid spamming, misleading advertising, or any unethical promotional tactics.

  • Keep your unique affiliate link confidential and use it solely for promotional purposes.

  • Notify Halide House of any significant changes to your online presence or promotional strategies.

4. Commission Structure

  • Commission rates vary based on your assigned affiliate tier and are outlined in the Affiliate Kit.

  • Commissions are paid monthly, provided you meet the minimum payout threshold of $50 AUD.

  • Commissions are calculated on net sales, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns.

  • Halide House reserves the right to adjust commission rates or payment schedules with prior notice.

5. Payment

  • Payments will be made via the method specified in your affiliate account (e.g., PayPal or bank transfer).

  • Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

  • Halide House is not liable for payments delayed or lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the affiliate.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Halide House’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Halide House products.

  • Affiliates may not alter or misuse any Halide House intellectual property.

  • All rights to Halide House’s intellectual property remain with the company.

7. Confidentiality

  • Affiliates agree not to disclose any confidential information, including but not limited to commission structures, internal processes, or other non-public details of the Program.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

  • Halide House reserves the right to terminate affiliates who engage in unethical practices, violate these terms, or damage the Halide House brand.

  • Upon termination, affiliates must cease using all promotional materials and links provided by Halide House.

9. Liability

  • Halide House is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in the Program.

  • Affiliates operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of Halide House.

10. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by Halide House.

  • Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.

11. Amendments

  • Halide House reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
